domain sales

A few days ago I was contacted by someone who wants to buy my domain name galacticfed.com. He says he's from the Galactic Federation Gaming Clan and they want to use the domain in question for their primary page. This all seems legit. So, I guess the question I have is: what do I ask for in compensation?
