I really want to set up a web poll for this year's TPFICT awards, but I don't know how. My efforts are only creating a very strong desire to throw my computer through the window.

I really need a volunteer who knows how to do this!

I want one that will let people vote on everything that's available on the nominations page all at the same time. One page, seven questions, all the listed possibilities.
